ABOUT ME

Combining my public relations skills and certification in professional and personal coaching, I work with clients to get what they want...the sky's the limit.

I began with my own coach several years ago wanting to be more creative without changing careers and I ended up on a six-week sabbatical in Europe studying art. I realized that the more I could clearly articulate what I wanted - and remove obstacles I'd set up in my own way - the more likely I was to succeed.

Now, as a coach, I want to help others understand and embrace that same concept in their own lives.
