During our calls, we'll seek to answer the following:

• How do I know what's fear and what's reality?
• But my concerns are valid, how do I listen without them leading me?
• How can I start toward this goal if I don't know how to get there?

Each session is 1.5 hours over the phone. Each participant is required to call in a couple minutes before the call begins, and to participate fully. Assignments between calls may be given.
